朴世采의 朱子學 연구와 『朱子大全拾遺』

Abstract

Since Zhu-Xi(朱熹)"s writings was introduced during the late Koryo(高麗) dynasty, the studies about Zhu-Xi"s writings done by Chosǔn(朝鮮) scholars up until the early 17th century basically showed the form of anthology, a selection of the writings of Zhu-Xi from the text ZhuZiDaQuan(朱子大全). Compared with these studies, ZhuZiDaQuanSubyu(朱子大全拾遺) compiled by Park Se-Chae was a compilation of Zhu-Xis writings selected from various other classical books beyond the boundary of ZhuZiDaQuan. This text shows the widening of the range of studies of Zhu-Xis Neo-Confucianism by Chosǔn scholars. Meanwhile, Park Se-Chae and Song Shi-Yeol(宋時烈) showed severe differences in views regarding the form and substance of ZhuZiDaQuanSubyu. It is suggested that in the long run, such conflict that had arisen from research of Zhu-Xis writings affected the stream of political situations which included Noron(老論)ㆍSoron(少論) divergence during the late 17th century
