Research on the Mediators Effect of Organizational Commitment between Procedural Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract
This paper verifies; the relationship between the procedural justice and organizational
commitment; the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational
citizenship behavior. And research on the mediators effect of organizational commitment
between procedural justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
The objects of this research are the employees of 250 business in Jeju island, and I used 404
samples out of them. I performed the covariance structure analysis to verify the research
model, and I used the AMOS (Ver.4.0) as an analysis means.
The summary of the verification results of the research model is following.
First, procedural justice has a positive effect on affective commitment and continuance
commitment. Second, the affective commitment has a positive effect on organizational
citizenship behavior. But continuance commitment has not a positive effect on organizational
citizenship behavior. Only affective commitment mediate between procedural justice and
organizational citizenship behavior
