Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study social security, social security, and trust in insurance demand. The number of respondents from this study was 238 respondents with the selection criteria a minimum of 24 years and living in Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Lamongan. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which used the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results of this study are to explain age, trust, company competencies which have a significant positive effect on insurance demand, and inclination mediate company competencies towards demand on insurance.
