EVALUASI PROGRAM PELATIHAN MQ TRAINING DIGITAL MARKETING DI PT DUTA TRANSFORMASI INSANI

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan: (1) konteks pada program pelatihan MQ TDM di PT Duta Transformasi Insani, (2) masukan pada program pelatihan MQ TDM di PT Duta Transformasi Insani, (3) proses pada program pelatihan MQ TDM di PT Duta Transformasi Insani, dan (4) hasil pada program pelatihan MQ TDM di PT Duta Transformasi Insani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif menggunakan model CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel Stufflebeam pada tahun 1960-an. Subjek penelitian yaitu penyelenggara, pengajar dan peserta yang mengikuti program pelatihan MQ TDM. Objek penelitian yaitu aspek konteks, masukan, proses dan hasil. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah kantor PT. Duta Transformasi Insani dan Aula Hotel Sany Rosa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: (1) Konteks program pelatihan MQ TDM sudah sesuai, pelatihan diselenggarakan secara legal dan memiliki dasar hukum yang jelas, latar belakang pelatihan disesuaikan dengan keadaan saat ini, sehingga sasaran sesuai dengan tujuan. (2) Masukan program pelatihan MQ TDM cukup sesuai, kurikulum dirancang sesuai kebutuhan peserta, serta materi disusun sesuai kurikulum, kebutuhan pasar dan pengetahuan peserta, hanya kurikulum perlu dibuat dengan rinci. (3) Proses program pelatihan MQ TDM sudah sesuai, kegiatan sesuai dengan jadwal, materi yang disampaikan sesuai harapan peserta. (4) Hasil program pelatihan MQ TDM sudah sesuai, ada perubahan sikap dari peserta di mana tingkat belajarnya meningkat, selain itu juga persentase kehadiran peserta sudah memenuhi target. This research is an evaluative study using the CIPP model developed by Daniel Stufflebeam in the 1960s. The research subjects are organizers, teachers, and participants who take part in the MQ TDM training program. The object of research is the aspect of context, input, process, and results. The location of this research is the office of PT. Ambassador of Human Transformation and Hall of Hotel Sany Rosa. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation of methods and data sources. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show the following: (1) The context of the MQ TDM training program is appropriate, the training is held legally and has a clear legal basis, the training background is adjusted to the current situation, so that the objectives are in line with the objectives. (2) The input of the MQ TDM training program is quite appropriate, the curriculum is designed according to the needs of the participants, and the material is prepared according to the curriculum, market needs, and knowledge of the participants, only the curriculum needs to be made in detail. (3) The process of the MQ TDM training program is appropriate, the activities are according to the schedule, the material delivered is according to the expectations of the participants. (4) The results of the MQ TDM training program are appropriate, there is a change in the attitude of the participants where the level of learning increases, besides that the percentage of participant attendance has met the target.
