PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH RUMAH TANGGA BERBASIS TEMPAT PENGOLAHAN SAMPAH 3R DI DESA HAURKUNING KECAMATAN NUSAHERANG KABUPATEN KUNINGAN
Desa Haurkuning adalah salah satu Desa dari 20 Desa di Kabupaten Kuningan yang menjalankan program TPS 3R. Pelaksanaan TPS 3R di Desa ini tergolong berhasil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengangkat keberhasilan tersebut dalam bentuk ide/pikiran, harta benda, tenaga, keterampilan dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling) yang berjumlah 100 orang responden. Variabel yang digunakan variabel tunggal yaitu partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga berbasis TPS 3R. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur, kuisioner/angket dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik pengolahan data editing, skor dan tabulasi sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu persentase dan penskoringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu partisipasi masyarakat dalam bentuk ide/pikiran termasuk ke dalam kategori rendah serta dalam bentuk harta benda, tenaga, keterampilan dan sosial termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penelitian ini memiliki hasil sedang. Tingkat partisipasi yang paling tinggi yaitu partisipasi dalam bentuk harta benda yaitu membayar biaya retribusi untuk pengangkutan sampah rumah tangga, serta partisipasi dalam bentuk tenaga yaitu memungut sampah yang berserakan;
The village of Haurkuning Village is one of the 20 villages in Kabupaten Kuningan that run programs TPS 3R. The implementation of the TPS 3R in this village belongs to succeed. The purpose of this research was to look at the levels of community participation in lifting the success in the form of ideas/thoughts, property, power, and social skills. This research uses survey method with simple random sampling techniques (simple random sampling) totalling 100 people respondents. Single variables variables used i.e. community participation in the management of household waste-based TPS 3R. Data collection techniques are used, namely the study of literature, questionnaire/question form and study documentation with data processing technique of editing, tabulating scores and while data analysis techniques used i.e. percentage and penskoringan. The results showed that the participation of the community in the form of ideas/thoughts belong to the category of low as well as in the form of property, power, and social skills are included in the category of being. Public participation in this study had moderate results. The highest level of participation that is participation in the form of property that is paying the cost of the levy for the transportation of household waste, as well as participation in the form of energy that is picking up the garbage that littered.
