“构树扶贫”中的黑科技补齐我国畜牧业高品质饲料缺乏的短板

Abstract
立足于我国粗蛋白饲料原料进口的现状和畜牧业发展形势,针对人畜争粮、饲料紧缺矛盾和食品安全的巨大需求,中国科学院植物研究所培育出耐干旱、耐贫瘠、生长速度快、适应性广、粗蛋白含量高、适口性好,更适合机械化种植和收获的杂交构树新品种,并提出了"以树代粮、种养循环"设想,可以快速实现"当年种植,当年受益",同时能够一次种植,多年收割利用,能有效解决贫困地区农户对饲料的需求,促进贫困地区养殖业的发展。因此,杂交构树被国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室列入"国家十大精准扶贫工程",成为将科技创新与精准扶贫紧密结合,推进贫困地区畜牧业的发展,带动农民脱贫致富的重要途径。构树扶贫工程有助于实现经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的统一,将成为中科院科技成果转移转化、利国惠民和促进我国经济发展的典范
