Abstract
叶绿素荧光动力学特征反映植物的光合生理潜力,可作为植物引种驯化的辅助手段。选择8个猕猴桃主栽品种(中华猕猴桃红阳和Hort16A,美味猕猴桃金丰、徐香、海沃德、米良、翠玉和华美2号),比较了快速光响应曲线、初始斜率(α)、最大电子传递速率(ETR_(max))、半饱和光强(E_k)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)等差异。结果表明,红阳在各个光化光强度下的电子传递速率均显著(p金丰>Hort16A>徐香>华美>米良>海沃德>翠玉。在所有品种中,徐香的α值低但E_k高,其有较好的适应强光的能力;翠玉的ETR_(max)较低,α值和E_k也较低,其光合能力较弱;Hort16A的E_k低但α值较高,其对强光耐受能力较低,但在低光强下的光能利用效率较高;红阳的α值高且qP和NPQ高于其他品种,其利用弱光的能力高,在强光下能一定程度上避免过剩光对PSⅡ的伤害
