Metal spraying of nickel alloys powder has been used for reconditioning of a steel cast bearing block at the PJKA Yogyakarta. Its physical and mechanical properties the metal spraying product was investigated.
The result of the research shows that the steel cast base metal changes to coarse pearlite after reconditioning by metal spraying. Wear resistance of metal spray film of 1,317 mm average thick is reasonably better than the base metal
