Abstract
绿硫细菌是一类厌氧光合细菌,能够利用光能以硫化物为电子供体进行非产氧光合作用。绿硫细菌的光反应系统由捕光天线绿小体、能量传递体FMO蛋白和反应中心三部分构成。文章主要介绍用冷冻电镜解析的绿硫细菌FMO蛋白反应中心复合体的原子结构、基于结构推测的复合体内部的能量传递机制和它们对早期光反应中心进化的启示
