At low fields, the electrical conduction is ohmic while, at high fields, samples <span style="font-size:13.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size: 6.0pt;font-family:HiddenHorzOCR;mso-hansi-font-family:" times="" new="" roman";="" mso-bidi-font-family:hiddenhorzocr"="">how <span style="font-size:15.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size:8.5pt;font-family:" times="" new="" roman","serif""="">non-ohmic behavior, The current-voltage characteristics show increasing deviation from Ohm' s law, with increasing current density, leading to the maximum voltage.
