本发明实施例涉及一种星间激光干涉测距设备,包括:第一航天器(10)和第二航天器(20);所述第一航天器(10)和所述第二航天器(20)构成两个独立的环形光路,所述第一航天器(10)与所述第二航天器(20)的所构成光路回路路径相同,且方向相反,能够消除激光频率不稳定所带来的测距噪声。利用两个回路的测量信号将激光频率噪声完全消除,从而可大大提高测量信号的信噪比,进而提高测距的精准度
