本发明实施例公开了一种低轨道地磁蓄能‑释放投送系统,包括设置在投送母航天器上的控制系统,三轴控制力矩抵消器,以及能源系统,投送母航天器通过支撑杆结构连接强磁矩生成装置、反作用传动机构和两端用于投送目标物体的投送连杆结构;投送连杆结构垂直连接在支撑杆结构的末端,反作用传动机构设置在支撑杆结构上靠近投送连杆结构的部分,强磁矩生成装置设置在反作用传动机构与投送母航天器之间。本发明通过反作用传动机构与强磁矩生成装置在地磁场的外力矩强磁矩生成装置在地磁场的外力矩的平衡作用,使强磁矩生成装置不发生姿态的加速转动的情况,从而将双重耦合解耦
