Dr Jiong He, Lecturer at the Intellectual Property School, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, China Dr Jiong He, LLB (ECUPL, China), LLM and PhD (University of Aberdeen) is a lecturer at the Intellectual Property School, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, China, having joined in June 2010. He was a scholarship holder and guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich from February 2013 to January 2014. His research interests cover legal protection of computer software, digital copyright and IP issues relating to e-commerce. Justin de Jager, BA, LLB, LLM, PG Dip (University of Cape Town), Practicing attorney in the High Court of South Africa and PhD candidate at the University of Cape Town Justin de Jager is a practicing attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He works primarily in public law and focuses on rights litigation. In 2009 he completed a Masters degree in ICT law. An interest in Electronic Intellectual Property law then lead him to do a further Post Graduate diploma in IP law. In 2012 Justin co-authored the chapter on South Africa in the third edition of Stephen Mason, gen ed, Electronic Evidence (3rd edn, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2012). He has also acted as a peer reviewer for the SA IP Law Journal and taught modules in the Electronic Law LLM course at the University of Cape Town. Justin is currently a PhD candidate and his focus is on electronic evidence Lars Bo Langsted, Professor of criminal law and tort law, Department of Law, Aalborg University, Denmark Professor Langsted is a professor at the Department of Law, Aalborg University, Denmark. He has specialized in the regulations and liability of the liberal professions, the liability of company directors and in economic crime. He is author and co-author of several national as well as international books and articles on the liabilities of accountants, criminal law, criminal procedure and company law. His interest in the digital world began in 1985 when he attended the FBI Specialized School on computers, and computer fraud as part of his former job as Assistant Public Prosecutor in the department of the special Public Prosecutor concerning Economic Crime. He was a member of the Appeals Permission Board, 2008 to 2011. Allison Stanfield, Founder & CEO of e.law International Allison Stanfield is the founder of e.law International, a company that specialises in digital evidence. e.law has managed the technology for some of Australia’s largest Royal Commissions and civil litigation matters and has won awards for innovation. In addition to running e.law, Allison lectures at Queensland University of Technology and Macquarie University and also provides regular educational sessions to legal practitioners on electronic discovery and digital evidence. Allison is the author of Computer Forensics, Electronic Discovery & Electronic Litigation (LexisNexis Butterworths, 2009) and E-Litigation (Thomson Legal & Regulatory Limited, 2003), and a contributor to Electronic Evidence (3rd edn, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2012). Allison also writes a regular blog published on e.law’s website, and contributes to legal publications. Allison holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws, and is currently completing her PhD on the authentication of digital evidence. Dr Giuseppe Vaciago, R&P Legal, Piazza Cadorna 4, Milan, Italy, a lecturer at Insubria University (Varese and Como), and a member of the executive committee of the Tech and Law Center in Milan Dr Vaciago has been a lawyer of the Milan Bar since 2002, and for the last 10 years his primary focus has been IT Law with a focus on cyber crime. He has assisted many national and international IT companies. Academically, he received his PhD on Digital Forensics from the Università di Milano and he is a lecturer at Insubria University (Varese and Como) where he runs a course on IT law. He recently attended Fordham Law School and Stanford Law School as a Visiting Scholar to expand his studies in his own particular research area. Giuseppe Vaciago is the author of many publications on digital evidence and cybercrime, including both scientific journals and textbooks, which have been adopted by the university where he teaches. He has also delivered many lectures and presentations in both Italy and abroad. He is also fellow at the Cybercrime Institute of Koln and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Digital Investigation. Denise H. Wong, Assistant Professor of Law at Singapore Management University, Singapore  Denise H. Wong, LLM (NYU), BA (University of Cambridge) is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Singapore Management University. She was a clerk for the Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore, sat as an Assistant Registrar, and represented the Singapore Government in litigation matters. She researches in the areas of evidence and civil procedure and has published in the Civil Justice Quarterly and Statute Law Review.
