Abstract
管道式多相分离技术具有结构简单、占地空间小、免维护、压降低等优势,符合油气资源开采技术的发展趋势。本文主要结合前期的研究成果,对该技术在南海平台的应用情况进行详细介绍,给出管道式分离系统的工艺流程、生产参数与工作条件、现场安装、调试运行情况等。经过系统的工业化测试得出,设计安装的管道式分离装置整体运行稳定,空间尺寸优势明显,且压降损耗较低,处理后的油中未见游离水,水中体积含油率低于1%,满足平台管道式分离装置初始设计的指标,可大幅度降低后续油气水分离装置和污水处理的压力,提高污水处理的指标,为后续管道式分离技术的工业化应用推广提供了可靠的技术和数据基础
