This Conclusion of course work aimed to reflect com the importance of music
education for the child, in order to broaden the discussion on the topic. The
music, when inserted in child education, can be used as an important
pedagogical resource offering diverse ways of learning. It contributes not only
to the socio cognitive development of children, stimulating it in their autonomy,
self esteem, confidence and security, and also promotes a process of wider
communication, allowing you to interact more ludica way in socio cultural
environment in which he lives. Thus, the intention of exploring this thematic,
aiming to build a deeper understanding of the subject, we sought to develop a
bibliographical study of nature, lined in official documents the example of PCNs
(1998) e RCNEI (1998), and experts in the area as Brito (2003), Gainza ( 1988),
Pires (2008), Pederiva e Tristão (2003). The data collected and and analyzed
indicate that music and a rich cultural instrument, that accompanied man since
the earliest civilizations, and can offer a range of learning that contribute
significantly to the personal, intellectual and development of every human
being.O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve a finalidade de refletir sobre
a importância da música para a Educação Infantil, a fim de ampliar a discussão
sobre o tema. A música, quando inserida na Educação Infantil pode ser
utilizada como importante recurso pedagógico que oferece diversas formas de
aprender. Ela contribui não só para a formação sócio cognitiva da criança,
estimulando-a autonomia, auto-estima, confiança e segurança, como também
promove um processo de comunicação mais amplo, permitindo-a interagir de
maneira mais lúdica no ambiente sócio cultural em que vive. Assim, na
intenção de explorar essa temática, objetivando construir um entendimento
mais aprofundado sobre o assunto, buscou-se desenvolver um estudo de
cunho bibliográfico, pautado nos documentos oficiais dos a exemplo dos PCNs
(1998) e RCNEI (1998) e em especialistas da área como Brito (2003), Gainza
(1988), Pires (2008), Pederiva e Tristão (2003. Os dados levantados e
analisados indicam que a música é um valioso instrumento cultural que
acompanha o homem desde a mais antigas civilizações e pode oferecer uma
gama de aprendizagens que contribuem significativamente para a formação
pessoal, intelectual e emocional de todo ser humano
