ANALISIS PERBEDAAN INFORMASI DIAGNOSTIK ANTARA SEKUENS T1 FAST SPIN ECHO DENGAN dan TANPA FAT SATURASI PADA MRI PELVIS POST MEDIA KONTRAS DENGAN KASUS KANKER SERVIKS

Abstract

Background : Has been done Research on the difference of diagnostic information between T1 Fast Spin Echo sequences with and without Fat Saturation on MRI pelvis post contrast media at the Radiology Hospita Soetomo surabaya. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in image information between T1 FSE sequences with and without Fat Saturation, then know the best sequence between T1 FSE and T1 FSE Fat Saturation on MRI pelvis examination with cases cancer servix.Method : The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental approach done in Radiology Installation Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Data were collected by examining MRI Pelvis with cervix cancer cases in 10 patients. Then scanned with T1 sequence FSE post contrast and T1 sequence FSE Fat Saturation on sagital slices. Presented to 3 radiologist for assessment. After the image is assessed by the three respondents, the assessment results are summarized and then tested using SPSS with Wilcoxon test.Result : Based on data analysis with Wilcoxon test, obtained value of significance equal to 0,001 or p valu
