先进涂层体系的跨尺度硬度及界面梯度效应研究

Abstract
作为先进涂层,微米/纳米颗粒陶瓷涂层在航空发动机叶片等关键部件中应用广泛,其力学性能在较大程度上决定着部件服役的寿命及可靠性。先进涂层的宏观力学性能紧密依赖于其微观结构,即其具有跨尺度力学特性。对跨尺度力学行为的研究既是前沿热点,又对先进涂层设计具有重要意义。首先观察和分析了微米/纳米颗粒(8YSZ)热障涂层/Ni基超合金体系的微观结构,然后采用耦合纳米/宏观压痕法实验和基于应变梯度和表界面效应的跨尺度力学理论研究了硬度及弹性模量的跨尺度行为。跨尺度硬度研究发现,涂层表面宏观硬度服从Weibull统计分布,纳米结构涂层硬度分散性较小;纳米压痕硬度较高且随压深增加而减小。进而开展了对界面粘结层附近的压痕硬度分布研究,结果显示:无论是涂层还是基底,硬度及模量都随离开界面距离的增加而减小
