发明公开了一种基于双时钟的高速高精度多轴同步运动控制方法,最终目的是向各轴的伺服驱动输出脉冲序列及方向信号。通过计算确定脉冲输出时间及方向;根据各轴最大运动速度和输入脉冲范围,确定大小时钟周期,将时间和方向信号转换为脉冲方向数,以二维数组的形式存放在数据文件中;数控装置读取、解析数据文件中二维数组格式的脉冲方向数,经过其开关及定时器,以大周期时钟为同步信号,不间断地将二维数组格式的脉冲方向数转换为脉冲及方向信号,输出给各轴的伺服驱动,完成轨迹运动。本发明通过计算和硬件同步输出方式,实现了高速与高精度多轴同步运动控制,并且通过高速提高了加工效率,高精度提高了产品的加工质量
