New limits on the ββ{\beta\beta} decay of 130Te{^{130}Te} to excited states of 130Xe{^{130}Xe}

Abstract

Experimental limits on half-lives of the (0ν+2ν)ββ(0\nu + 2\nu)\beta\beta decay of 130^{130}Te to excited states of 130^{130}Xe are obtained using low-background HPGe detectors. At the 90% CL, these limits are equal to 1.6⋅10211.6\cdot 10^{21} y, 2.7⋅10212.7\cdot 10^{21} y and 2.3⋅10212.3\cdot 10^{21} y for transitions to the 21+2^+_1, 22+2^+_2 and 01+0^+_1 levels, respectively
