本发明涉及水切割技术领域,具体地说是一种基于耦合场控制的微水流偏转控制装置,包括座体、喷嘴和耦合场发生元件,其中座体内设有高压水腔和水射流通道,且所述水射流通道与所述高压水腔连通的入水端设有喷嘴,高压水腔内的高压水经所述喷嘴后形成水射流射入所述水射流通道中,所述水射流通道的出水端设有耦合场发生元件,且水射流经过耦合场发生元件中的耦合场后射出。本发明通过耦合场控制水射流偏转,使后续加工无需繁琐的机械结构控制加工方向,避免了由机械运动的振动引起的对水射流加工精度的影响,大大提高了加工精度及加工效率,精简了加工设备
