本发明涉及一种多工位关节臂式测量平台的全局标定方法,包括以下步骤:设置两侧轨道运动起点,安装激光跟踪仪、立体靶标;在1侧轨道的滑块上放置靶球,滑块从运动起点开始运动,以0.5米为步长行走10米,激光跟踪仪采集每次滑块停止后的靶球坐标,拟合运动直线方向向量;在起始位置处,关节臂测量仪与激光跟踪仪分别测量立体靶标上的靶球坐标,计算在起始位置处关节臂测量仪与激光跟踪仪的位置关系;在2侧轨道重复上述过程;以激光跟踪仪坐标系作为全局坐标系,实现1、2侧轨道任意位置的坐标系到全局坐标系的统一。本发明可实现关节臂测量仪在大范围内自由移动的测量模式的全局标定,提供了一种多工位关节臂式测量平台的全局标定的新途径
