Actualmente asistimos a un contexto caracterizado por la internacionalización de las naciones/estados desde una visión macro-escalar. Este artículo propone analizar las redes multiescalares entre el turismo rural y las agroindustrias integradas de base rural en el Partido de Tandil como fenómeno que contribuye con la diversificación y la pluriactividad lo que simultáneamente funge como una estrategia de re-construcción y re-vitalización de la identidad territorial/local. Es decir, un abordaje sistémico donde se revelen las territorialidades emergentes invisibles.
Asociar la noción de Sistemas agroalimentarios localizados al enfoque de la nuevas ruralidad parece particularmente pertinente para comprender las trayectorias del turismo rural y de las agroindustrias localizadas. El artículo, muestra cómo los espacios rurales son investidos de una nueva simbología y de nuevos valores ya que son analizados como fuente de bienes inmateriales y de valores simbólicos más allá de los usos productivos predominantes.
Se concluye que ambos enfoques teóricos han posibilitado la visualización y explicación de redes productivas y de conocimiento que se construyen en el territorio. Es decir, comprender el accionar de actores que re-construyen una “identidad colectiva” a través de la complementariedad creciente entre el turismo rural y las agroindustrias entramado que moviliza activos tangibles e intangibles.
El artículo se organiza a partir de un marco teórico constituido por el enfoque de la nueva ruralidad y las herramientas propiciadas por los sistemas agroalimentarios localizados, a partir de allí se desagrega el estudio de caso, para sintetizar con una nueva pregunta acerca de la importancia de los enfoques teóricos para comprender las redes multiescalares presentes en los territorios.Currently witnessing a context of internationalization of nations / states from a macro-scale. Associate the notion of localized food systems to new rurality approach seems particularly relevant for understanding the trajectories of rural tourism and agro-industries located. The article shows how rural areas are invested with a new symbology and new values as they are analyzed as a source of intangible and symbolic values beyond the prevailing productive uses.
We conclude that both theoretical approaches have enabled the display and explanation of knowledge and production networks that are built in the territory. That is, understanding the actions of actors re-construct a "collective identity" through increased complementarity between the rural and agro-tourism network which mobilizes tangible and intangible. The article is organized around a theoretical framework consisting of the new rurality approach and tools favored by localized food systems, from there it breaks down the case study, to synthesize a new question about the importance of theoretical approaches to understanding the present multi-scale networks in the territories.Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias y Forestale
