La influencia positiva que generan en la enseñanza en el campo de las Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales, los Moot Practice, favoreciendo el desarrollo de la creatividad, del trabajo en equipo, de estrategias de análisis, de espíritu crítico, las relaciones que se establecen con los estudiantes de otras universidades y con los profesores de las Casas de Estudio, fortaleciendo intercambios. Al tiempo, que también los posiciona profesionalmente, ya que muchos Arbitros participantes como jurados, forman parte de importantes bufetes de abogados y en ese sentido convocan a los estudiantes que se destacaron en las competencias. Los “Moot”, como método de enseñanza del Arbitraje Comercial Internacional, constituyen un aprendizaje integrador, la experiencia capaz de brindar herramientas como ninguna otra práctica en el grado lo hace. Así, con un caso hipotético, los estudiantes seleccionados, investigan, generan estrategias, argumentan, elaboran memoriales y verbalizan en el debate oral.The positive influence that generated the teaching in the field of legal and social sciences, the Moot Practice, favouring the development of creativity, of teamwork, of strategies of analysis, of spirit critical, the relationships established with the students of other universities and with the Houses of Study teachers, strengthening exchanges. At the same time, it also positions them professionally, since many Arbitrators participating as jurors, form part of major law firms and in that sense they call for students who stood out in the competitions. The “Moots”, as teaching method of the International Commercial Arbitration, constitute an integrative learning, the experience that is able to provide tools as any other practice in the degree makes it.
