UḤIBBUKA AKṠARU KARYA MAḤMUD DARWISY: KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA RIFFATERRE

Abstract

This thesis discus of the significance of two poetries, Ajmalu Ḥubbin and Uḥibbuka Akṡaru, in anthology of poetry Ad-Dīw�n: Al-`A�m�lul-`Ūl� I by Maḥmūd Darwīsy using a study of Riffaterre�s semiotics. The purpose of this study is finding significance meaning in two poetries. Riffaterre states that the poem suggests something else indirectly. Indirection is produced by displacing, distorting, and creating of meaning. To produce of poetry�s meaning make through the heuristic reading, hermeneutic reading included in there be found, matrix, model, variant, potential hypogram, and actual hypogram. Significance of two poetries, it is produce the meaning of love to country
