Objective: To explore the curative effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods: 112 children with bronchiolitis treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2016 were observed and randomly divided into control group (53 cases) group and Xiyanping (59 cases). The frequency of cough, the number of cough, wheezing and difficulty in expectoration were observed. Results: the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the improvement of cough frequency, cough sound, wheezing, expectoration difficulty were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: effect of Xiyanping injection in treatment of children with bronchiolitis can improve the symptoms, shorten the course of disease, with fewer side effects, which is worthy of consideration and promotion.目的 探讨喜炎平治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效；方法 观察2010年6月至2016年6月在本院住院治疗的小儿毛细支气管炎112例，随机分为喜炎平组59例，对照组53例，观察患儿咳嗽频度、咳嗽声数、喘息、哮鸣音、咳痰难易等指标；结果 治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，咳嗽频度、咳嗽声数、喘息、哮鸣音、咳痰难易等改善情况治疗组与对照组相比明显缩短。结论 喜炎平治疗小儿毛细支气管炎能改善患儿症状，缩短病程，副反应少，值得临床考虑和推广
