Objective: To investigate 64 row spiral CT enhanced scan iodine contrast agent extravasation of emergency nursing intervention and countermeasures, to reduce the adverse reactions caused by contrast medium extravasation and tissue necrosis. Methods: Collected in February 2011 to January 2013, the hospital CT room 32 cases of adverse reactions, 5 cases occurred immediately after extravasation of contrast using discount comfeel plus transparent dressing stick, using its promoting inflammatory cells absorption and metabolism, reduce pain; Use its dissolving fibrin, prevent the iodine contrast agent to stimulate vein caused by continuous high pressure; Use water of colloid autolyzed debridement, absorb excess wound exudate. Results: 5 patients with iodine contrast agent extravasation, apply immediately after extravasation of contrast with comfeel plus transparent dressing stick, swelling was controlled in time, no longer continue to increase, 2-3 days to heal. Conclusion: Extravasation of comfeel plus transparent dressing stick for iodine contrast curative effect is distinct, the operation method is simple and practical, safe and reliable, which saves the nursing time, reduces the patient's pain.目的 探讨64排螺旋CT增强扫描碘对比剂外渗的紧急护理干预及应对措施，减少对比剂外渗造成的不良反应和组织坏死。方法 收集2011年2月～2013年1月保定第一医院CT室32例不良反应病例，其中5例发生对比剂外渗后立即使用康惠尔透明贴水胶体敷料进行敷贴，利用其促进炎细胞吸收和代谢，减少疼痛；利用其溶解纤维蛋白的作用，防止碘对比剂刺激静脉造成持续静脉高压；利用水胶体的自身自溶性清创，吸收过剩的创面渗出物。结果 5例碘对比剂外渗患者，在对比剂外渗后立即予康惠尔透明贴水胶体敷料，肿胀被及时控制，不再继续增大，2～3天痊愈。结论 康惠尔透明贴水胶体敷料用于碘对比剂外渗疗效显著，操作方法简单实用，安全可靠，实用性强，节省了护理时间，减轻了患者的痛苦
