宫颈妊娠是孕囊种植在宫颈管的一种异位妊娠，是罕见并且危险的类型，发生率小于宫外孕的1%[1]。如在早期未能明确诊断并且正确处置，会引起凶险性的大出血乃至威胁患者生命，必要时需在急诊情况下切除患者子宫，其对于尚未妊娠的患者来说无疑是灾难性的打击。目前就宫颈妊娠的最佳治疗方案尚未达成统一共识，复习相关文献发现就此病治疗方法而言，缺乏足够的随机对照试验，栓塞介入治疗的有效性尚未明确。在这里报道采用UAE+MTX成功治疗一例宫颈妊娠病例，并复习国内外相关文献，以加强对此病的认识，避免迫不得已切除患者子宫的情况发生。Objective: Cervical pregnancy is a rare and dangerous type of ectopic pregnancy that gestational sac plants in cervical canal. It is whose incidence less than 1% [1]. It may cause dangerous bleeding and even threaten the lives of patients without correct diagnosis and timely treatment. And removal of the uterus in patients is required under emergency circumstances, which is undoubtedly devastating blow for the primipara. Currently there is no unified consensus on the best treatment for cervical pregnancy. And there are no adequate randomized controlled trials in the relevant literature. The effectiveness of intervention embolization therapy is not yet clear. The article reported one case of cervical pregnancy successfully treated by employing UAE + MTX and reviewed related literature to enhance awareness of the disease to avoid forced removal of the uterus
