Analisis Kausalitas Granger Ekspor Dan Nilai Tukar Di Indonesia Tahun 2001-2020

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Granger Causality of Exports and Exchange Rates in Indonesia 2001-2020". This study aims to examine the causal relationship between exports and exchange in Indonesia during the period 2001-2020. The analytical tool used is the Granger causality test. Based on the Granger causality test, it is found that one-way causality is that exports affect the exchange rate. While causality in the opposite direction is not found, so the curve does not affect exports. The government should make policies that can facilitate export activities. Thus, Indonesia's export activities are expected to increase and strengthen the rupiah-dollar exchange rate
