La tutoría en el contexto de los CEFFA: el punto de vista de los expertos

Abstract

Education and training are essential mechanisms for economic growth and personal development. Alternation training represents a relevant and innovative response to training needs by establishing links between education and the workforce; a real alternative to the development of young people, especially in rural areas. From the fundamental bases of the CEFFA educational model, this article presents a study that analyzed the point of view of experts on one of the elements of the system: personal tutoring. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five experts selected for their great work or academic experience in the field of alternation. The results of the inductive data analysis show, among others, that tutoring is above all a relationship between people, that it must be both planned and improvised and that it has a certain impact that goes far beyond promoting the academic success of students
