Qualität in der Sequenzfertigung* Bewertung und Diskussion der Prozessfähigkeit einer schlanken Zerspanungszelle

Abstract

In der Zerspanung kann das häufige Umspannen eines Bauteils, wie es die Sequenzfertigung erfordert, eine signifikante Herausforderung für die Maßhaltigkeit eines Fertigungsergebnisses sein. Nach einer kurzen Erläuterung des Konzepts der Sequenzfertigung stellt der Fachartikel die Ergebnisse der Prozessfähigkeitsbewertung einer Sequenzfertigungslinie dar, auf welcher der Boden eines Pneumatikzylinders gefertigt wird. Es wird gezeigt, dass dieses Konzept auch qualitätsperspektiv interessante Einsatzgebiete besitzt.
