The purpose of this study is to describe the production system applied by the "Enggal" convection business in Kalikebo village. This type of research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques and sources. This study uses data analysis techniques through the stages of data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the production system applied in the convection business requires careful planning. The plan is to make it easier to produce goods. In a production planning also affects the handling of a problem. Problems in production can be minimized or even eliminated by such planning. Because of the importance of planning, an entrepreneur must think very carefully about planning. 2) Workers who work in assisting the production process of the Enggal clothing convection must have good skills so that the quality of the product produced is good and satisfying, but when there are employees who cannot meet the quality standards in sewing, the convection party will conduct training first. 3) The facilities used in the Enggal clothes convection must be in good condition so that the process can run smoothly, if there are problems, they must be repaired immediately. Maintenance of these facilities in addition to streamlining production can also save costs for buying new tools
