Analisis Pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Return On Asset (ROA) Terhadap Perubahan Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2019

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Assets (ROA) on changes in stock prices in property sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. This research is quantitative and has a sample of 24 companies with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data and documentation as data collection techniques. The analytical method used is panel data and processed using Eviews software. The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on changes stock price, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant and negative effect on changes stock price, Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a positive and significant effect on changes stock price and Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on changes stock price
