Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of regional own-source revenues, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and revenue-sharing funds on regional capital expenditure. The population of this research is all regency/city governments as ex-Surakarta Residency in the 2013-2017 fiscal year. The method of collecting samples using purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this study amounted to 34 district. In this study data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test show that the original regional income affeced regional capital expenditure. While general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and revenue sharing funds do not affect the regional capital expenditure
