Avaliar, in vitro, a resistência à fratura de dentes tratados endodonticamente, comparando a cimentação de pinos de fibra de vidro com protocolos de preenchimento radicular utilizando a resina bulkfill flow modificada por tiouretanos. Foi realizado tratamento endodôntico em 80 raízes bovinas extraídas, que foram divididas aleatoriamente em 4 grupos (n=20). Foi realizado preenchimento radicular de acordo com o grupo em que as raízes foram alocadas: G1: Relyx U200 + pino de fibra de vidro; G2: Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfill Filtek Flow; G3: Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfiil Filtek Flow + pino de fibra de vidro; G4: Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfill flow com tiouretanos. Após preenchimento radicular, foi construída uma porção coronária com resina composta e então as amostras foram incluídas em tubos de PVC com resina epóxi e foram submetidas ao teste de resistência à fratura (0,5 mm/min). O padrão de fratura foi avaliado em microscópio, e os dados de resistência à fratura foram submetidos a ANOVA one-way, seguido pelo teste post-hoc de Tukey (p≤0,5). A resistência a fratura do grupo G2 apresentou diferença estatística em relação ao grupo G1 e G3, observamos também que os grupos G2 e G4 obtiveram maiores porcentagens de fraturas do tipo favoráveis, além disso, o grupo G4 obteve resultados de resistência a fratura semelhante ao grupo G1 e G3, e por sua vez não apresentou diferença estatística do grupo G2. A partir dos resultados obtidos, concluiu-se que a resina bulkfill flow é uma alternativa viável como agente de cimentação de pino de fibra de vidro, e a adição de tiouretano em sua composição permite que a resina bulkfill obtenha bons resultados de resistência à fratura e padrão de fratura favoráveis, sendo uma opção viável para o preenchimento radicular.The objective of the present study was to evaluate, in vitro, the fracture strength of fiber posts luted with different adhesive systems, comparing an auto adhesive cement with bulkfill flow composite resin adding thiourethanes on its formula. Endodontic treatment was performed on 80 extracted bovine roots, which were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=20). Root filling was performed according to the group in which the roots were allocated: G1: Relyx U200 + fiber post; G2: Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfill Filtek Flow; G3: Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfill Filtek Flow + fiber post; G4 Scotchbond Universal 3M + bulkfill Filtek Flow with thiourethanes. After root filling, a coronary portion was constructed with composite resin and the samples were then placed in PVC tubes with epoxy resin and subjected to the fracture strength test at a compression load (0.5 mm/min). The fracture resistance of the G2 group presented a statistical difference in relation to the G1 and G3 groups, we also observed that the G2 and G4 groups obtained higher percentages of favorable fractures, in addition, the G4 group obtained results of fracture resistance similar to the group G1 and G3, and in turn did not present statistical difference of group G2. From the results obtained, it was concluded that bulkfill flow resin is a viable alternative as a fiberglass pin cementing agent, and the addition of thiourethane in its composition allows the bulkfill resin to obtain good fracture resistance results and fracture pattern, being a viable option for root filling
