A presente investigação se propõe a uma reflexão junto aos professores, acerca de formas para otimizar o uso de tecnologias proporcionando maior interação do aluno e desenvolvimento do senso crítico, da ética e da reflexividade. O texto está amparado em pesquisa bibliográfica que conceitua o termo tecnologia, posiciona o professor frente à mesma e à informática na educação, explica a abordagem instrucionista e examina a Base Nacional Comum Curricular; e, na observação direta dos agentes pesquisados em uma escola estadual em Novo Hamburgo. A análise das informações é apresentada de modo descritivo e exploratório, tendo em vista os dados coletados e comparados aos achados na literatura. Os resultados encontrados permitiram verificar que as Tecnologias da Informação Comunicação possuem potencial para qualificar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem e que existe uma demanda de capacitação docente para inseri-las de forma eficaz na sala de aula.The present research proposes a reflection with teachers about ways to optimize the use of technologies, providing greater student interaction and development of critical sense, ethics and reflexivity. The text is supported by bibliographical research that conceptualizes the term technology, positions the teacher in front of it and informatics in education, explains the instructional approach and examines the National Common Curricular Base; and in the direct observation of the investigated agents in a state school in Novo Hamburgo. The analysis of the information is presented in a descriptive and exploratory way, considering the data collected and compared to the findings in the literature. The results found allowed us to verify that Information Communication Technologies have the potential to qualify the teaching and learning process and that there is a demand for teacher training to insert them effectively in the classroom
