O Programa Mais Médicos, instituído através da Medida Provisória n. 621, de 2013, convertida na Lei n. 12.871, de 22 de outubro de 2013, visa diminuir a carência de médicos em diversas regiões brasileiras e reorganizar a estrutura curricular e ofertas de cursos de medicina. Através do presente trabalho o Programa Mais Médicos será analisado sob a ótica do Direito Internacional do Trabalho. Buscar-se-á, em um primeiro momento, estudar os mecanismos internacionais de cooperação utilizados pelo Programa, assim como o Programa Mais Médicos em si. Em um segundo momento, o trabalho passará a analisar o labor dos médicos intercambistas sob a ótica de trabalhadores imigrantes e refugiados, levando em consideração a ação trabalhaista ajuizada por uma médica intercambista cubana. Far-se-á, ao final, uma conexão entre o Programa Mais Médicos e o Direito Internacional do Trabalho, a fim de tentar potencializar a proteção aos direitos dos trabalhadores imigrantes, que são os médicos intercambistas estrangeiros.More Doctors for Brazil Program, established by Provisional Measure n. 621, 2013, converted into Law n. 12,871 of 22 October 2013, aims to reduce the shortage of doctors in various Brazilian regions and reorganize the curriculum and offers courses in medicine. Through this work the More Doctors Program will be analyzed from the perspective of the International Labour Law. Will, at first, study the mechanisms of international cooperation used by the Program, as well as the More Doctors Program itself. In a second step, the work will analyze the work of the medical exchange students from the perspective of immigrant workers and refugees, taking into account the action filed by a Cuban Doctor from the Program. It will be built-in the end, a connection between the More Doctors Program and International Labour Law, in order to try to enhance the protection of the rights of migrant workers, that are the foreign doctors of the Program
