Este artigo pretende refletir sobre a violência intrafamiliar contra crianças, discutir possibilidades de assistência, relatar aspectos da legislação sobre o tema e descrever a importância da atuação do enfermeiro nesse fenômeno, principalmente no contexto hospitalar.This paper aims at reflecting on domestic/family violence against children and discussing possibilities of care, as well as reporting legislation aspects about this theme and describing the importance of professional nursing care in view of this phenomenon, especially in a hospital setting
