A 58-year-old female patient presented with chest pain and swelling in
her neck. Computerized tomography showed an expansile mass containing
lytic-sclerotic areas that caused destructions in the manibrium sterni
and extended as far as to the thyroid gland at the lower cervical
region and the upper mediastinum. Since osteosarcoma of the sternum is
