Mini Bach Festival: Program II Bach the Violinist

Abstract

This is the concert program of the Mini Bach Festival performance on Thursday, June 22, 2000 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Trio Sonata for 2 Violins and Basso Continuo in G major, BWV 1039, Sonata for Violin and Harpsichord in A major, BWV 1014, Sonata for Unaccompanied Violin in G minor, BWV 1001 in the arrangement for Violin and Piano by Robert Schumann, and Trio Sonata for 2 Violins and Basso Continuo in C major, BWV 1037, all by Johann Sebastian Bach.
