雾状流掺混下稠油流动的数值研究

世界上已探明的超稠油储量是传统轻质稠油的两倍多。在塔河油田,掺稀降黏的开采效果不是很理想。为达到稀油较为均匀的分布效果,本研究提出将一个压力旋流式雾化喷嘴安装在模型套筒一侧的方法,使得稀油液滴雾化并与稠油进行掺混,通过数值模拟的方法,重点研究液滴在二次破碎雾化后的物理性质,并模拟雾化的液滴与底部的稠油的掺混情况。数值模拟结果表明,液滴尺寸增加,液滴聚并现象明显,在整个流场内形成较为均匀分布的液膜和液滴,同时底部气液也有较好的搅动效果。验证了该方法的可行性和实用性
