Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze influence of motivation, training, work environment, and compensation to employee performance on UD. Tholib Leather Magetan. The population of this research is all employees of UD. Tholib Leather Magetan.. Data collection method using field study in form of personal questionnaire. Analysis tools in this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the result are found some finding, the first is motivation has positive and significant influence to employee performance, the second is training has positive and significant influence to employee performance, the third is work environment has positive and significant influence to employee performance, and the fourth is compensation has positive and significant influence to employee performance
