本发明涉及一种伤员抢运机器人,特别涉及一种适用于狭窄空间的伤员抢运机器人腰部起重关节。包括腰部固定支座、腰部旋转支座及电机减速机组件,其中腰部固定支座与行走机构连接,电机减速机组件安装在腰部固定支座上、且输出端与腰部旋转支座连接,腰部旋转支座可绕起重旋转轴线M转动,起重旋转轴线M与水平面呈夹角、且在水平面上的投影与机器人的前进方向呈夹角,腰部旋转支座上设置拟人上半身执行机构。本发明通过腰部起重轴斜置的方式,有效的将伤员的头到脚方向调整为机器人的前进或后退方向,便于通过各种战地狭窄空间,以及建筑物的门、楼梯、走廊等宽度方向限制较为苛刻的地形环境
