Objective of the Study: This study aims to determine the differences between Ultrasound with Myofacial Release and Ultrasound with Neural Mobilization to reduce Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Research Methods: This study used Experiment approach, the type of this research is Quasi experimental study with pre and post-test group design. 22 respondents were divided into two groups, the first group consists of 11 samples that got the Ultrasound and Myofacial Release intervention. The second one consists of 11 samples that got Ultrasound with Neural Mobilization intervention 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Respondent’s level of pain data is measured by VAS, before and after the interventions. Data VAS values before and after the intervention of the two groups were analyzed by using Paired sample t-test, while to analyze the differences between the two groups is done by using Independent sample t- test. Results: After 12 times of intervention in group I and II showed significant differences and the decrease of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with p value =0.000 (p 0.05) means there is no difference between interventions with the two methods against the decrease of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. There is no difference between intervention Ultrasound with Myofacial Release and Ultrasound with Neural Mobilization against the decrease of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
