Abstract
三峡库区消落带形成后带来诸多生态环境问题,研究表明采用多年生草本狗牙根和牛鞭草构建消落带人工湿地生态系统可有效应对这些问题,但目前仍未有研究报道这两种人工湿地生态系统对进入系统的含氮污水的总氮去除效应。笔者研究了以这两个种为优势种的人工湿地对不同浓度含氮污水的季节性消减效果。研究结果表明,以狗牙根和牛鞭草为优势物种的人工湿地比未进行生态修复的空白对照,在总氮去除能力方面显著要高,牛鞭草和狗牙根的总氮去除率分别为57.4%和42.4%,而对照总氮去除率则为负值(-22.4%),三者之间差异显著。狗牙根和牛鞭草对污水氮的去除能力受到生长期和入水污水的氮浓度的显著影响,生长初期和生长末期对氮的去除能力要低于生长旺期;相对而言狗牙根对中氮污水的去氮能力要高于高氮污水,而牛鞭草对高氮污水的去氮能力要高于中氮污水。该研究表明在三峡库区消落带,采用适宜物种构建人工湿地进行生态修复,对于截留、吸收库区屏障带进入消落带生态系统的含氮污水具有重要的生态效益,是防治三峡库区水体富营养化的有效途径
