滑轨摇臂的拓扑优化

Abstract
飞机的襟翼滑轨悬挂于机翼下壁板及辅助梁之下,用于连接襟翼翼面和机翼主结构。本文基于有限元法的基本原理,首先针对滑轨的摇臂进行了静力分析,得到了在给定危险工况下摇臂的应力分布和整体刚度情况,然后利用Hypermesh软件对摇臂进行了拓扑优化。优化的结果表明:在满足结构安全裕度和整体刚度的前提下,对摇臂结构的拓扑优化使得结构整体减重了15%
