Abstract
本文介绍美国、西欧和日本已研制成功并广泛使用的飞点扫描器。这些扫描器精度高、速度快、稳定性好。其光点在七英寸或九英寸的阴极射线管靶面上,能精确地定位在32768×32768个点位的任一位置上,这是通过计算机联机控制的局部扫描实现的。局部扫描的突出特点是能随机存取被扫描的图象信息,避免在整个靶面上逐行扫描。本文还介绍了日本最新型的双偏转阴极射线管的特点,最后给出总方框图
