Pengaruh Kegunaan, Kemudahan, Risiko, dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Minat Nasabah dalam Menggunakan Mobile Banking (Survei Pada Nasabah Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Solo)

Abstract

This study purposes to examine the factors that influence intention to use mobile banking services by modified a model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis in1989. The population used in this study are all customers of the Bank Mandiri in Solo. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. The sampling method using accidental method. The total sample collected as many as 60 customers. Analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Result shows that the construct usefulness, ease of use, risk, and service quality affect the intention to use mobile banking. This means that the intention to use mobile banking is influenced by the usefulness, ease of use, risk, and service quality
