Renormalizable theories from non-renormalizable interactions

Abstract

By using Kikkawa's method the equivalence of the nonrenormalizable pair interaction ψ̅−ψψ2 to a renormalizable theory is proved. Equivalence relationships between a few other nonrenormalizable and renormalizable interactions are also indicated
