Resolución teórica y retrospectiva de las debilidades de Investigación-Acción en Sistemas de Información empleando procesos de gestión de proyectos

Abstract

The authors have outlined that the improvement in the use of Investigación-Acción in Information Systems can be approached by means of a systematized and formal vision based on project management. This vision implies to revise and specialize the diverse project management processes to the specific case of Investigación-Acción projects for Information Systems. This work shows the weaknesses of Investigación-Acción, how project management could be used towards their treatment and elimination and, finally, in what way the specialized project management processes may help to solve them
