Students could not upload files to Kaltura from home, where presumably broadband connections were not sufficiently fast.  Users of Kaltura often require information on video equipment, shooting videos and file compatibility. It takes time and effort to organise and produce most forms of multi-media. 2012 – Kaltura available within Blackboard 2014- The floodgates open??
